I'm not using SSL.

I find that if I use my WM to close the Send & Receive dialog then I can
continue (although the dialog basically stays there every time I check
for e-mail.  This only seems to happen when I don't enter my password
the first time.  What I find is that I don't get prompted for my
password each time after that, and the dialog doesn't go away.
