[Evolution] Comments on latest snapshot

I've finally managed to get the snapshots of Evo again (is there a way
of getting them without Red Carpet?) and I must say I'm impressed.  The
database library changed again, but I'm used to this now... two address
books and a symlink pointing to the correct one. :-)

* offline mode - love it!
* View -> Hide Deleted Messages appears to be broken again. Evo defaults
to hiding deleted messages, but the menu shows that option is off.
* custom views don't work - is this known?
* I like the coloured bars!
* in the executive summary the "Evolution" bar is down the left. Is this
broken? It looked a lot better along the top.
* the import dialogue on startup is weird - the list of importers allows
multiple selections but that is confusing

Apart from that (so far), Evo is getting better and better.
