* IMAP passwords: even if the option to save is on (checked in the
configuration file) it is not written into the source URL.
That's not where they're supposed to get written anyway though.
* pressing get mail results in a wide dialog as the entire URL for my
mail server is used as a label
Yeah, there are a bunch of places that display the URL that should
probably be calling camel_service_name to be more user-friendly.
