Still having the same problem.  I even tried the evolution-snapshot
(after recompiling in the pilot support, since the binary is distributed
without Palm OS device support).  So, I've got compatible versions of
evolution, etc (all from the evolution-snapshot).  None of the Evolution
conduits appear in the control-center.

What gives?
