[Evolution] Pilot conduits in control-center

The evolution conduits do not appear in control-center.  I have
control-center-1.2.3-100_helix_200103070905.  My evolution is Gnome
Evolution 0.9 from today's CVS (3/23 at about 7:00 PM Central Time,
USA).  The conduit libraries are created, and installed appropriately,.
I think, and the e-*.conduit files are pointing to the correct
libraries. 

I tried rebuilding control-center, but CVS control-center (1.3.1) won't
build due to compile errors (missing declarations).

Any ideas would be appreciated.
