Hmm, try setting CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG=1 in a shell, run evolution-mail
there and then start evolution, and see what it prints out, it should
print out the dialogue with the server upto the crash.

The authentication mechanism stuff was pretty well revamped so you're
probably hitting some new problem, of course try a new snapshot too
(although right now they are a little unstable).
