Hi,

I experienced the same on RH6.2.
rpm -Uvh --nodeps did it for me, no further problems since then.

BTW - I tried to install via helix-update, which did'nt work, but for another reason:
The error message displayed showed a wrong date-number, which looked to me like a 
integer overflow....
