[Evolution] Keybindings (not focus issues though!)

Hi,

I have just discovered the dynamic menu keybinding commands in GTK (why
oh why are these not shouted to every new user?!).  They work in Control
Center, Gnome Calendar, Galeon but not Evolution.  Why is this?
