[Evolution] emails not sent - no errors tho - but composer recovers after restarting evolution

I just had a weird thing happen - I thought I was successfully sending
out e-mail all day (ie., there were no errors that I recall).  The
problem was they weren't sent.  I started poking around in the Sent
folder and didn't see them.  Hmm, I thought.  So I exited evolution and
restarted.  I then started a new composer window, it asked me if I
wanted to recover my previous editing sessions.  Boy, was I surprised -
I thought those email were long sent.  Any idea what could have caused
this behaviour?  This is with the latest snapshot, rh7.1.
