[Evolution] multipart/mixed problems in reply composition

I received a multipart/mixed message including a text/html part. When I
tried to reply, the quoted material included the HTML part, but not the
preceding (text/plain) part. In addition, all attempts to delete the
HTML part in the reply text failed, including a core dump which I
reported separately through the Gnome bug reporter when I selected the
whole HTML material with the mouse and clicked "Cut".
