[Evolution] An easy way to import Contacts from exchange?

Hello,

Has anybody a good solution for the above example?
You can save one Contact at a time in vcard-format
from outlook and then import it to evolution, but that takes
a _lot_ of time. 

If you save those vcards and then cat them to one file, you
can shorten the process on the evolution-side, but it is
still a hassle.

One solution would be the to export those contacts from 
exchange in csv or tab-limited text format and then convert them to
vdf-files.  Has anybody done this? Or is there a .pst to .vcf
converter available? Or anything?
