[Evolution] Printing problems

I tried out printing an email today, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem
to work correctly. When I choose 'generic postscript', and print
directly, the gray rectangle at the top and a couple of horizontal lines
is all that comes out. When I print to file, then open it in gv, and
print, it works fine.
