[Evolution] Solaris calendar display problem

Evolution Team:

This is regarding the problem that was reported on January 10th.
I have attached the stdout and
stderr generated by Evolution and made the description of the
problem a little more clear.

Any tips regarding how to look more deeply into this problem would
be appreciated. Is there a configuration file that controls the
background/foreground/text color choices for Evolution? If so,
where is this file located? If not, a pointer to the code that
controls the color choices would be helpful.

Thanks much!

Description of Problem Follows
------------------------------

We are using the default theme.

The problem occurs when the user clicks on the "Calendar" icon.
You cannot see what is being typed when the user enters any data
into the calendar as described below:

In the "Day" and "5 Day" views any data entered into the calendar
is not visible. It seems to be white text on a white background.
If you highlight the cell after entering data, you can see the
text as white text on a blue (highlighted) background.

The "Week" and "Month" calendars work okay if you click on a date
and start typing, which causes it to add a new entry. The text is
white and the background is gray and clear to read. However, entries
that are carried over from the "Day" or "5 Day" view have the same
display problem as the "Day" and "5 Day" views described in the
paragraph above. The "Week" view seems to be white text on white
background. The "Month" view seems to be white text on light gray
background. The "Month" view is very difficult but not quite
impossible to read. Again if you highlight the text in the cell
after entering the data, you can see the text in both the "Week"
and "Month" views.

This problem seems to only occurs on Solaris. It doesn't occur on
our Linux build, anyway.

I have attached the stdout and stderr that is generated by Evolution.
While Evolution was running, I brought up the calendar, entered a few
"invisible" values, and highlighted them to see the text. All of the
stderr/stdout values appears as the program was launching with one
exception. The "gtk_signal_disconnect_by_data()" messages in the
stderr file appears as I was clicking in the calendar cells.

Is it possible to turn on more debug messages with Evolution?
