Somebody has hacked a couple of things, they are in the archives for

Theres a tool called oe2mbx which takes a .mbx files from Outlook
Express and converts it to a plain old mbox, which can be dropped into
your mail tree (if using mbox or a local imap server).  It does have a
small bug which leads to a "header size inconsistant" error but in my
store of about 4000 messages I got this from 3 messages, which were easy
to find (IIRC, they were the huge ones with attachments)
