[Evolution] can't get evo snapshots

I was a way for a few days and now when I run helix-update and select
    Evolution Snapshots
an error window pops up that says
    Unable to download a list of updates

The only thing printed to the terminal on which I typed helix-update is
    Distribution: Red Hat Linux 7.0

I do not get this problem when I select
    Evolution Preview
