Clashing UIDs (was Re: [Evolution] Sending Mail crashes the Mail Component)

I get this message every time I start up Evo about 10 times - is this:
a) normal
b) a bug in Evo
c) corrupted mail box (UoW IMAP 4.7)
d) something else
