[Evolution] Received an HTML that does not display in EVO CVS

I get an HTML newsletter from IBM. In Outlook Express, it appears fine.
In Evo CVS 2001.02.13.10.24, nothing shows up; it's blank in both the
preview pane, and if I double-click the message to open it in it's own
window, it shows up with a blank body.

The headers include this:

MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
        boundary="----00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
         0"
Date: Tue, 13 Feb 2001 03:13:24 -0500 (EST)
X-Evolution: 000003a5-0010

------000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Even if this is an invalid listing, I think Evo should perhaps say
SOMETHING - badly formed HTML or something. The current way doesn't tell
you anything.

Who should I send this email to, for debugging?
