[Evolution] Evolution branched for 0.9

So, we now have a stable, feature-frozen branch on CVS, called
`evolution-0-9-branch'.  The purpose of this is to fix all the current
bugs for 0.9 while still allowing hackers to implement new features on
HEAD.

  In order to get the 0.9 stable branch, use the following command:

    cvs co -r evolution-0-9-branch evolution

This will set up a sticky tag on your CVS repository so that subsequent
updates will come from the stable branch automatically.

  Users are encouraged to use this branch and get us lots of bug
reports. :-)

  (Also, the Ximian daily snapshots will come from this branch as well.)
