[Evolution] rpms invalid?

hi..

   i think my rpm database is botched but how to fix?
i've checked parm's ..i've tried rebuild ..
when i do ximian upgrade it says i need the gnome-core way back from
november..

i say sure...it trys and  at end says invalid rpm..that integrity failed
won't install.

also i'm having other issues with printing.i got gimp print now but i cant
get printool to install keep saying
needs rhs-printfilters >=** but i have that installed..

how do i fix this mess ?
