Some versions of Eudora (maybe the current one, I don't know)
propagate the References of the message being replied to, and place
the Message ID in In-Reply-To.  Since Gnus uses References in
preference to In-Reply-To, it looks like Eudora messages are replies
to one level up, instead of the correct message.
