[Evolution] Request: Selective quoting

When replying to a message, I'd like to be able to highlight just the
parts I want quoted before hitting "reply", rather than have to cut away
the parts I don't want in the composition window.

A nice feature in Xnews is the ability to highlight a quoted section
during composition and select a context menu option to refill and
justify quoted lines. This is frequently necessary in deeply-quoted
material to repair the broken wrapping.
