Not really. But when you go offline, it will download any message in
your INBOX that's marked unread. So you can cheat and do "Select All",
"Mark as Unread", "Work Offline", "Select All", "Mark as Read". As long
as you don't mind everything being marked read at the end.

If the messages are scattered across your folders, you'd need to move
them to your INBOX, mark unread, go offline, and then move them back...
