Yes, I've just tried that. I assume the filters work top-down.
The funny thing is when I select previously filtered mail in one folder
and filter it again, it gets moved to my default mail folder. This
shouldn't happen.
When I select the same messages again in the default folder and filter
it again, it moves back to the correct folder. Weird!

Did you do
'move to folder' 'x'
'stop processing'
as your rule actions?
Not really sure whats wrong here.
2. Spell check. Yes gnome-spell-0.1-7mdk is installed from my Mandrake
8.1 CD with aspell. But Edit > Spell Check Document is greyed out.
