[Evolution] Attachments corrupted

On several occasions, I have had attachments corrupted by Evolution, both as sender (more often) and as receiver. I suspect Evolution because my wife and I could reproduce the problem 3 times in a row, but when she used Netscape to send the attachment, things worked. The receiving end (me) was Evolution in all cases. This is with very recent CVS versions of Evolution. The attachment was a *.tgz (tarred and gzipped) archive. I don't think it is a size issue, because I have had simple text files being mangled.

Has anyone seen this?
