[Evolution] More on today's snapshot

Another couple of problems; I thought I'd clear them here before
submitting a bug report.

New mail marking has disappeared completely, both in shortcuts and in
the folder tree. THis is a major hassle when you have a lot of folders;
browsing through each one in turn to find that !"#¤% mail everytime you
receive something is a bit painful.

Evolution has also taken upon itself to decide I should PGP sign all my
mail. The 'Sign' option will be selected every time I hit compose, even
if I deselaected it the last time I wrote something. This is also a
hassle.
