[Evolution] Latest snap UI questions

I noticed (to my discomfort) that the 'New Message' and 'Send/Receive'
has switched places. Is this a result of user testing or deliberation
(in which case it's OK, and I'll just have to get used to it), or is it
accidental?

Also, the 'Table' function is disabled in text mode when composing. Does
this mean that the table code for plain text mail won't be fixed before
1.0?
