[Evolution] Camel IMAP changes heads-up

Hi everyone,

As part of my fixing of the decrepit and depressing subscription dialog,
I changed the implementation of IMAP a bit regarding namespacing. This
change may land in tonight's snapshots, or possibly the day after. What
this change means is that you /may/ have to update your filters and
vfolders, and the IMAP code may redownload its local cache.

An easy way to tell if you need to update your filters is to open an
IMAP folder that you've opened before. If the entire "summary
information" is refetched, then you are affected. 

If you are affected, you just need to reset the destination and source
mailboxes for your filters and vfolders. For instance, if you have an
vfolder that has an affected IMAP folder as a source, simply remove that
source and re-add the same folder. If you have a filter that copies a
message to an affected IMAP folder, choose the destination folder to be
the same mailbox.
