[Evolution] import of Netscape mail folders? ev0 0.11.99

Team,
I just converted my wife from netscape mail to evo last night.  I have
encountered some issues.

The Netscape mail folders that my wife created beneath her inbox are not
visible in evolution, either.  How do I import all of her local mail to
folders beneath the evo inbox?
