[Evolution] duplicate messages in inbox 0.11.99

Team,
I just converted my wife from netscape mail to evo last night.  I have
encountered some issues.

This morning, when she downloaded mail from her pop mailbox, she had
about 25 copies of each message displayed in evolution.  I can delete
them manually, but is there an easier way?
