[Evolution] shortcut key for mail check?

Help!  Is there REALLY no shortcut key-combo for Send/Receive?

Since Evo doesn't currently support audio notification of arriving mail,
I've turned off its auto retrieval and have set up the mailcheck taskbar
applet to do the checking for me.  If I hear the magic sound I just
switch over to Evo and grab the mail.

I find it really annoying that I have to reach for that %*&^$ evil
pointing device when I've got my hands on a perfectly good keyboard!

I wish the shorcuts were programmable like in the gimp, etc.
