[Evolution] Evolution & mailto: URLs?

Hello all, I'd be surprised if this question wasn't answered before but
I haven't been around long.

Q: is there any way to trigger a evolution-compose window to open from
another application (preferably with the ability to pass in an email
addy/mailto URL).  I tried 'evolution --help' and 'evolution-mail
--help' and they were... well, no help at all.
