[Evolution] Problem with Help System

Help>Index brings up my help browser with the following message:

"Error occured when trying to download file:
/opt/gnome/share/gnome/help/evolution/C/evolution-guide/index.html. Lynx
failed to download selected file."

I checked the directorys ~/evolution-guide and ~/evolution-faq and
neither one has an index.html or any html files for that matter.  This
is on a SuSE7.0, so all things gnome should go into the /opt/gnome
branch....but just to see I did check /usr/share/gnome and there isn't
anything evo related there.

It seems the last time the online help system was working was 0.10.  I'm
currently using 0.12.  Is this a known issue?
