[Evolution] Problem composing mail

I was having this problem previously and I hoped an upgrade to beta 2 would
help.  No such luck.

When I try to compose a new message or reply to a received message, I get a
dialog box that states:
"Could not create composer window"
I click OK and then:
"unable to retrieve message from editor"

Other than the messages above, there are no other messages displayed.

Has anyone seen this before?  Is there an easy fix to this problem?
