This doesn't look like a bug in evolution, it looks like a problem with
gpg. It looks to me like gpg can't decide if the key is valid and
therefor doesn't trust it enough to use it to encrypt the message? If
so, you might need to either sign his key or else assign a trust level
to it.

When i try to encrypt a message to a fellow guy that exists in my
pubring.gpg (i have his public key) i have the following error :

gpg: B9B44A2F: no info to calculate a trust probability
gpg: no valid addressees
gpg: [stdin]: encryption failed: no such user id
