The error message about the missing "/mbox" is misleading.  It
has nothing to do with /mbox, but rather
~/evolution/local/Sent/mbox (and possibly other "folders"
besides the "Sent" folder.)

To fix it (if it's not fixed already) just create the
~/evolution/local/Sent directory and restart evolution.

I assume he means "mh" vs. mbox.  mh is just another format for
storing mail.  AFAIK it's used by the mh and nmh mail clients
and stores each message in a separate file in a directory.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
