Yup, thats it running, and it's waiting for a shell program to ask to embed
it.
Unfortunately, the only program that will do this at the moment is evolution
(the shell).

If you don't want the mailer or addressbook to run, I suppose you could
delete
them, and the .oafinfo files for them, and then evolution would only load
the
calendar. (but I've not tried it, and it might break in other ways...)
