Re: [Evolution] A short defense of the Shortcut Bar

I agree 100% with this. I'm using both at Outlook and Evolution at work
and I prefer to keep it.

Thanks

Subject: [Evolution] A short defense of the Shortcut Bar

I have used Outlook as my regular mailer for a couple of years while
using That Other Non-Free OS(tm).

I like the shortcut bar. The hierarchical folder list is nice too,
but I really appreciate the ability to create a quick access icon for
folders that are buried in the hierarchy, or even that I would have
to scroll for in the folder list. Used that way, it really is a UI
feature that saves time.

I don't care if the default Evolution startup doesn't display
shortcuts;but I'd rather be able to turn them back on, not have
the feature ripped
out.

If my experience is typical, I won't be the only Outlook(tm) user
to feel
this way.

Thanks,

Zach
