[Evolution] shortcuts.xml

Hello.  I have a question about the shortcuts bar.

I am unable to add items to it, so I edited the file manually.  That
works, but I am not sure about the Personal Shortcuts group and if it
had the trailing </group> in the original file or not.  If I have this
in the file I get a message that the shell cant start. 

If I take it out all works.
