[Evolution] Print Silliness

Ullo All Bug Squashing people...

This one is truly silly, and crashes the message view.  Should (I would
expect) just throw up an error-box, not commit hari-kiri!

1.  Select a new main folder.
2.  Don't select a message.
3.  Press Print Preview.
4.  ByeBye.
