[Evolution] Feature requests?

Hi people,

What's the correct way to submit a feature request? Through bugzilla, or
is there an email address, or do I just throw it in here and hope
somebody pays attention?

I've got a couple of ideas, one which I've mentioned here previously to
no general comment. I'd just like to ensure I don't annoy anybody by
suggesting stuff which is impossible/irritating/on-the-list/already
done.
