There was a discussion of this a few months ago. See

One suggestion was to use Netscape's PST import utility to get the
data into Netscape format, which is just a plain mbox file and some
summary files, and then you can use the mbox file in Evolution.

(Is the source for that program in Mozilla? I'm guessing not...)

There may be a better solution in the future.
