[Evolution] Can't create messages?

Everytime I click on Compose the mail interface dies and I see:

composer-ERROR **: Cannot get
`OAFIID:control:html-editor:63c5499b-8b0c-475a-9948-81ec96a9662c'.
aborting...

in the shell. I cannot get mail to display until I restart Evolution
again.

Any clues?
