Looks like you either (a) didn't build gtkhtml with bonobo support, or
(b) didn't build gtkhtml with oaf support. Either one would imply that
either you built the packages "out of order" (see Evolution's README
for an order that should work), or you installed something into a
non-default prefix and then didn't set GNOME_PATH when configuring the
later bits.
