[Evolution] Evo 0.8

Installing Evolution 0.8 via helix-update, I keep getting "Bad RPM"
errors - possibly a result of the transparent caching proxy on the
Optus Home network. 

Is there somewhere I can set a manual proxy server to overcome this? I'd
prefer to use the update tool.
