RE: [Evolution] .pst (MS Outlook) import

Hi,

If you're interested, I've written a VBA utility to export mail from Outlook
2000 to Evolution. Unfortunately, I have been unable to work on it for some
time, and there are a couple of things missing.

It can be obtained from http://www.wirejunkie.com/freestuff/devout/ -
there's installation and usage docs and a ZIP file with sources.

It will currently export all mail items in the Outlook folder list
(including mail stored on an Exchange server, or in PST files) with the
following restrictions:

- A minimum set of message headers is exported
- Only the plain text body of each message is exported
- No allowances are made for non-ASCII characters in message headers or
bodies
- Attachments are not exported

Regards,

Subject: [Evolution] .pst (MS Outlook) import

Hi, I´m a newbie to this list and since I´ve checked the FAQ and haven´t
found a detailed answer to my question I´ll have to bother you all with
it...

.- Does Evolution (or will it) import data from .pst files?

-> yes. Does it import all kind of info, (folders, contacts, mess,
notes...)
-> no. Any clue when will it be capable of handling these?

Thanks a lot
