it's a debian package. i downloaded it from
ftp://spidermonkey.helixcode.com/helix/evolution/distributions/Debian/
and all the other new dependent packages are avaible.
In that case, the Debian package probably doesn't have that feature
compiled in. I recommend compiling from the source tarball or waiting
until it's a runtime option in the DEBs & RPMs.
