the evolution-hackers is for coding questions/discussions, the user-
oriented queries are better discussed on the evolution-list.
That would set the right headers and prefix the subject line with
"Fwd:"
The only internal difference between forward and reply is
an In-Reply-To header, which is useless for the recipient, unless
he/she gets also the original message. The other difference is the body
format, but that thing you can control in the template, together with
the subject and the recipients.
What I mean is that despite the option is called "Reply with Template",
it's easy to use it for forwards as well.
