These messages suggest to me that jhbuild is not correctly set up to
activate the necessary D-Bus services on which Evolution depends.
I don't use jhbuild myself so I can't speak from experience, but I
suggest following the setup steps in section 3.3.1 of:
http://developer.gnome.org/jhbuild/stable/jhbuild-and-gnome.html.en
In lieu of running an entire GNOME Desktop Environment under jhbuild,
perhaps you could write a shell script similar to gnome-jhbuild-session
as described in section 3.3.1 but have it run evolution instead.
