Add to Panel -> Accessories -> Sticky Notes If you want to sync them with a PalmOS device, you would need to write a conduit for gnome-pilot, or a plug-in for multisync if you want to sync them with other handheld devices. There is a bounty being worked on for adding the Tasks to the pop-up of the clock applet in the panel.
