[evince] logical page numbers and document outline in .djvu-files

Hello peeps, I hope that this is the right place to ask?


I noticed that evince doesn't seem to support above mentioned things 
(I'm using Evince 3.4.0), right?

I might be able to supply some files to demonstrate this.
